What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns: If your item is it's original condition and original, individual packaging, please reach out through my contact form within 30 days of receiving your package. I will ask you for a photo to confirm the item's condition, and provide you with a return address if you do not have the original shipping label. Please package your item carefully, as I will not issue a refund if the item is damaged, and ship it back. You are responsible for the return shipment cost. Once I have recieved the item and confirmed it is in proper condition, you will be issued a refund, ideally through your original method of payment.

Exchanges: If you would like an item exchanged, please reach out to me within 48 hours through my contact form. I can only exchange an item if the order has not been shipped or prepared.

Will I be charged VAT, Taxes, or Customs?

If you are in a country that charges customs on imports from the United States, yes. I ship Delivery Duty Unpaid/Delivery At Place due to the size of my shop.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not been shipped or prepared for shipment, yes. Please contact me through the provided form, ideally within 24 hours of order placement.

Do you accept cancellations?

I accept cancellations within 24 hours of order placement, if your item has not shipped.

What does "Order Complete" mean?

This means that your order has shipped. you should recieve a tracking number shortly.
